Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes on the  topmost layers of muscles. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing. 

The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep tissue massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Designed to relax tense muscles and tendons, help release adhesions and trigger points, improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.

Energy Therapy

60 minutes: $125

30 min sessions available as an add-on w/ massage.  

60 or 90 min sessions available as a stand alone service.

Energy therapy encompasses a wide range of techniques, modalities and practices.  An energy therapist works within a person's biofield (magnetic field around the body) using an energy-based approach to health and healing. They consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. The goal is to restore balance and harmonies in the energy system, placing the client in a position to self heal.

Problems or situations that benefit from such therapies include: Cancer, chemotherapy, cardio-vascular disease, death and dying, endocrine/immune function, pain, psychotherapy/psychology, post operative recovery, trauma and stress.
